5. MAINTENANCE OF THE PROJECTOR

5.1 Cleaning the Dust filters
The air filter should be cleaned approximately every six months under normal environment conditions. Clean
the filters more often (monthly) when the projector is used in a dirty or smoky location.
Necessary tools
Torx screwdriver
Location of the dust filters
The access to the 2 top dust filters is situated on the front side of the projector just above the lens.
The third dust filter is situated at the back side of the projector.
How to have access to the dust filters
1. Turn out both screws of each dust filter. (image 5-1, image 5-2)
2. Pull out the dust filter.

How to clean the dust filter
1. Brush dust from filter surface with camel-hair brush.
2. Blow remaining dust away with compressed air.
