4. Physical installation of the DB-220 Display
4.14 Data cabling of the DB-220 display
This procedure describes the two methods which can be used to connect the data cable and the DB-220 dis-
play.
Necessary parts
• The compact link (when necessary).
• Adapted cables.
OPTION 1: The remote enclosure is installed close to the DB-220 display
1. Open the left slide door which already contains the AEC cable.

2. Connect the DB-220 display with the remote enclosure using a DVI cable.

3. Close the slide door.

OPTION 2: The remote enclosure is installed at a distance from the DB-220 display
1. Prepare the compact link.
Caution: Consult the user guide ( R5976867 ) for detailed information on how to prepare the compact link.
2. Connect the compact link to the mounting plate using the Velco strip.
