4. Physical installation of the DB-220 Display
4.1 Opening the container and the cage
This procedure describes how to access the display segments of the DB-220 display, which are secured in a
cage inside a transportation container.
Necessary tools
• Adapted tools to open the container.
• Adapted tools to lift the cage out of the container.
• 15/16” open-end wrench.
• 15/16” box-end wrench.
How to open the cage of a DB-220 display?
1. Remove the roof of the container.
2. Remove the fi xation cables, which secure the cage inside the container.

3. Lift the cage with display segments out of the open container. Attach the top of the cage at four different points with the hook of
the crane to spread the load as illustrated.
Note: A container can contain more than one cage with display segments. But one cage contains only one DB-220 display.
