We recommend passing a cloth lightly dampened with
olive oil over the cast iron grill (once dry).
We do not recommend placing the grill in the dish-
washer for cleaning.
Discolouring of the cast iron grill is normal and ex-
plained by daily wear and tear; it does not affect the
operation of the appliance.

lava stone tray:

) remove the grill (1) and
the cover (2), disconnect the power supply (7), remove
the lava stone, extract the tray (3) and wash it with
hot water and washing-up detergent. Rinse, dry and
replace: refill the tray with these same lava stones, or
replace them if they have turned a dark colour, an
indicator that they are clogged with fats.
Saltuariamente si consiglia di passare la griglia in
ghisa (quando asciutta) con uno straccio legger-
mente imbevuto di olio di oliva.
Non è consentito il suo lavaggio in lavastoviglie.
Lo scolorimento della griglia in ghisa è un fenome-
no dovuto al normale utilizzo dell’apparecchiatura
e non ne pregiudica le prestazioni.

griglia (1) e la copertura (2), sollevare la resistenza
(7), togliere le pietre laviche, estrarre la vaschetta
(3) e lavarla con acqua calda e detersivo per i piatti.
Risciaquarla, asciugarla e rimetterla nella sede:
riempirla nuovamente con le stesse pietre laviche
o sostituirle se fossero di colore scuro quindi parti-
colarmente impregnate di grasso.
