Wireless setup
You can connect your speakers to a Bang &
Olufsen audio or video system, or to a non-
Bang & Olufsen product.
Your Bang & Olufsen retailer can provide you
with the correct cables for your setup. Be aware
that TosLink cables should not be bent more
than a radius of 30 mm (1.18"), since this can
cause disturbances in the sound performance.
Depending on the type of television in your setup,
cable connection and wireless setup procedure
will differ and it is recommended to note which
sockets on your transmitter are connected to
which sockets on your audio or video product. For
more information about the transmitter, see
bang-olufsen.com
.
To obtain the best possible wireless connection, it
is recommended to place all speakers within a
distance of approximately 9 metres (29.5 ft) from
the transmitter.
Do not place any obstacles in front of the
transmitter or speakers, as this may interfere with
the wireless connection. The speakers should be
placed in one room, and all wireless speakers
should be visible from the transmitter.
Reset of the transmitter
If you for some reason need to reset the settings
you have made for a setup, you must press and
hold the SELECT and STORE buttons
simultaneously for more than 1.5 seconds.
Remember also to reset the speakers that have
been set up to the transmitter to be able to
reconfigure them. See the guide enclosed with
your speakers.
