6. The V-bevel groove (Fig. 24/3) is cleaned by pressing with a
corner of the cleaning stone (Fig. 24/5, 45° position).
7. Switch off the device (Chapter 7.2.4 ‘Switching the instrument on/off’
on page 22).
8. Carefully remove the cleaning dust from the outer housing of the instrument.

Continue this process for the 3 areas until the grinding
wheel surface is again flat and clean.
8.5 Changing the grinding wheel
The grinding wheel needs to be changed when the surface of the grinding
wheel is worn away (gaps in the coating area) or a grinding wheel with another
surface (coating material) is needed.
