Preparing for operation
4.3.2 Planing head holder HA 110 to HA 210
• Build the support: first, screw the "front frame" to the two "frame connectors" (see
pictures).
• Then screw on the "rear frame" (see pictures).
• Temporarily dismantle any already installed hose connections on the SONOREX TECHNIK
RM device (overflow and spray pipe).
When the RM device is filled, close the ball valve!
• Place the support around the SONOREX TECHNIK RM device (right) so that it can be
operated from the front.
• Screw on the hanger connector.
• Check that all connections are firmly tightened and that the motor is switched off (timer
to "0") and only then carry out the following:
• Connect the planing head holder to a 230 V~ 50/60 Hz earthed wall socket.
• Align the device horizontally with the height-adjustable feet. The guide rollers and the
friction roller must not touch the edge of the tank!
Position the holding axle in place. Finally, check the height setting! The axle must not rest
on the edge of the tank.
• Keep the device clean and dry.
