Preparing for operation
4.1 Installation site requirements
The installation site of the device must meet the following conditions:
• The installation surface must be horizontal, firm and dry.
• The load-bearing capacity must be sufficient for the device together with a planing head.

4.2 Scope of delivery
The O-rings included in the scope of delivery are to be pushed (distributed) onto the holding
axle while the saw blades are being cleaned. They serve to fix the saw blades in place during
the cleaning process.
4.2.1 Planing head holder HA 40
1 × HA 40 device
1 × holding axle, 1"
10 × O-rings (Ø30 × Ø2.5 mm)
4.2.2 Planing head holder HA 110 to HA 210
1 × device, comprising:
1 × front frame (with motor)
1 × rear frame (with holder for the holding axle)
2 × frame connector
1 × hanger connector
12 × screws, washers and nuts
1 × holding axle, 1"
10 × O-rings (Ø30 × Ø2.5 mm)
The device is supplied in a pre-assembled state.
The support must be screwed together for operation.
This requires an SW 6 hexagon socket wrench and an SW 13 (ring) spanner (not included in
the scope of delivery).
