Make sure that the combustion head penetrates into the furnace to the
extent requested by the boiler manufacturer.
For burner handling, use certified chains or ropes suitable for the bur -
ner weight using the anchoring points (21).
Anchor the burner to the boiler as follows:
HEAD UNIT ASSEMBLY
• Position the insulating seals on the sleeve (13).
•
Anchor the flange of the head unit (15) to the boiler (1) with the
stud bolts, washers and nuts provided (7)
DANGER / ATTENTION
Seal the space between the burner sleeve and the hold on the
refractory material inside the boiler door completely with suitable
material.
ASSEMBLING THE GAS TRAIN
The EN 676 approved gas train is sold separately from the burner.
The gas train can be assembled in different ways.
The gas train connection must face downwards.
In order to have the maximum opening, hinge pin (4) must be in the
position opposite the gas train.
If the gas train must be installed on the same side as the hinge pin, fit a
stub pipe connector - big enough to allow the burner to open - between
the expansion tank and the gas train fitting.
Place a gasket like the one supplied with the gas train between the
stub pipe connector and the expansion tank.
ASSEMBLY OF VENTILATION SYSTEM
To move the burner, hook the specific chains or ropes (32) to the eye -
bolts.
To install the ventilating body, proceed as follows:
• Insert the hinge pin (4) in the lower half of the hinge (12);
• Insert the half of the hinge (17) in the hinge pin (4);
• Anchor the upper half of the hinge (17) to the sleeve with the
screws and the washers supplied;
ACOUSTIC SHROUD
If it is necessary to reduce the sound pressure level, install a suitable
acoustic shroud. (see technical price list and contact the dealer) ).
