OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
It is preferable, in the case of the first stage, to limit the quantity of
air to the lowest amount possible needed for safe ignition, even in
the most difficult circumstances.
!
Check that ignition occurs properly. If the passage
between the head and the disk is shut off, the speed of
the mix (air/fuel) may be so high that ignition is difficult.
Open the regulator bit by bit until it reaches a position
in which ignition occurs properly and accept this as the
final position.

USING THE BURNER
The burner operates fully automatically, so it is not necessary to
carry out any kind at adjustment during its operation. The lock-out
condition is a safety position to which the burner automatically
places itself when any burner part or system part is not working
correctly. It is then necessary to ascertain, before resetting
it, whether the cause is something that could endanger it.
The unit can also be locked out for temporary irregularities and in
this case the burner should function normally if reset.
On the other hand, if the unit keeps "locking out" (3-4 times in a
row), do not continue but ask for the intervention of the Technical
Assistance Service to locate and repair the problem.
The burner can remain in the lockout position indefinitely. In
EMERGENCY cases it is advisable to close the fuel valve, and to
disconnect the burner electrically.

ADJUSTMENT
In order to modify the cams adjustment it is necessary to
use the relative rings (I-II-III-IV). The ring index indicates the
rotation angle set for each cam on the respective reference
scale.
