Ultrasonic Humidity (Optional)
The ultrasonic humidity option for the InvivO
2
allows full control of the working humidity
level in the workstation. The humidity level will be controlled to ±3% of the set point with
a fast ramp up rate to ensure that the required humidity level is maintained.
The system has a large water tank as the supply for the humidity and should be filled with
only deionised water to maintain the cleanliness of the system. The water from the tank is
then passed through a filter to ensure that there is no contamination of the water supply
to ultrasonic nebuliser.
Water Tank
The water tank is included as part of the ultrasonic humidity system.

The workstation monitors the water level in the tank through a level sensor and will
identify when the water tank needs re-filling. When filled to the MAX level, the water tank
should last approximately 4-5 days at 70% RH at a steady gas level.
An alarm warning will appear on the touch screen to notify a Low Water condition, and if
this is dismissed the following icon with flash on Screen 7
