2E-3. SEAT BELTS
Safety Belts
:
Occupants safety is of utmost importance. Your Qute is equipped with ELR (Emergency Locking Retractor) type
seat belts, both front and rear as a part of occupant restraint system.
Why Safety Belts:
Wearing seat belts properly can protect you from being ejected out of the vehicle, impacting the
steering wheel or against other occupants in case of an accident or sudden braking. It will reduce the chances of
severe injury.
This vehicle has three point front and rear seat belts. The anchor end of the shoulder belt is adjustable to suit the
height and girth of the passenger wearing it.

Front Seat belts
: Each front seat is equipped with ELR type , three point belt. Extend the belt so that it comes
fully over shoulder, position lap belt as low as possible and then insert the tongue firmly in to buckle until a “Click”
sound is heard. To unlatch the belt, press the red button on the buckle.

Rear Seat belts
: The rear seats are also equipped with ELR type, three point belt. Extend the belt so that it
comes fully over shoulder, position lap belt as low as possible and then insert the tongue firmly in to buckle until a
“Click” sound is heard. To unlatch the belt, press the red button on the buckle.

Roof grab handle
: Your vehicle has 3 Grab handles on roof above Co- Driver seat & either side of rear
Passenger seats. These are provided as additional supports for passengers during journey.
