IMPORTANT SOP

•  Take out chain guide (exhaust side)

•  Take out Cylinder block.

•  Take out cylinder block gasket.

•  Take out dowels (02 nos).

•  Remove  engine  temperature  sensor  coupler 

connection.

•  Remove  engine  temperature  sensor  with 

washer using special tool.

•  Take out dowels (02 nos).

•  Cover crankcase bore with clean lint free cloth.
•  Remove piston pin circlip.

•  Remove piston pin using piston pin removal tool 

and tale out piston assembly.
