Service Station Manual

IMPORTANT SOP

•  Insert new dust seal.

•  Insert lock oil seal & fit lock oil seal.

•  Insert main spring & spacer tube.

•  Refill recommended fork oil (SAE 10W20,qty : 146 ml per leg).

•  Pre-fit fork top bolt & tighten using 27 mm spanner.

•  Check the working of leg assembly by pressing inner pipe from top side in the direction of 

arrow as shown in photograph.
