Function check (to be carried out by an authorised expert):
Function check – manual water refill:
Turn the rotary switch to “ON” after all connections have been reliably estab-
lished.
The red LED on the control box turns on and indicates that the magnetic valve
is actuated.
Function check – automatic water refill:
Turn the rotary switch to “AUTO” after all connections have been reliably estab-
lished. If the fitter adjusts the liquid level switch in such a way that the floater
remains at the lowest position for at least 45 sec., the red LED on the control
box turns on and the magnetic valve opens. When the floater reaches its top
position, the LED turns off and the magnetic valve returns to its normally closed
position.
5. Fitting the floater switch for BNR 200 S to the mounting rail
Secure part (1) of the mounting rail at the desired
height, e.g. in the skimmer (glue).
Remove part (2) of the mounting rail with the angle
bracket (4) from part (1) of the mounting rail.
Thread the cable of the floater switch (3) through the
bore in the angle bracket (4), the PVC hexagon nut
(5), the sealing ring (6) and the PG gland (7). Put the
floater switch (3) through the bore in the angle
bracket (4) and secure it using the PVC hexagon
nut (5). Then, push the sealing ring (6) into the PVC
hexagon nut (5) and screw the PG gland (7) into the
PVC hexagon nut (5).
Tighten the adjusting screw of the PG gland (7).
Slide part (2) of the mounting rail with the completely
mounted floater switch on part (1) of the mounting
rail.
Position the slider (2) with the floater switch in the
mounting rail at the desired water level and fix it with
glue (parts are made of PVC).
