BabyOno electric breast pump
Instructions for use
Before first use please read instructions carefully.
BabyOno electric breast pump allows you to quickly express the excess of breast milk when lactation is not yet regular, and will also help to avoid breast milk
stasis, which means that it will protect you from painful breast infections. In the later stage of breastfeeding the BabyOno electric pump will facilitate your
return to an active life, enabling milk expression for storage and to be given to the baby while you are absent. Make sure that you breastfeed your baby as
long as possible. Natural feeding satisfies the most important needs of your baby; it gives him the closeness of his mum and safety. Mother's milk fully
covers the demand for all elements necessary for the proper development of the baby in his first months of life, when the development of the little one is
particularly intense. Breast milk also contains antibodies ensuring the child protection against bacterial and viral infections. BabyOno electric breast pump
will help you to optimally prolong the breastfeeding period.
•

•

•
The breast pump is easy to assemble and use - in the set there are accessories for cleaning the breast pump.
•

•
The base is adjusted to regular bottles.

•
The breast pump can be operated with batteries or mains.
Problems connected with breastfeeding.
•
Excess breast milk - when the breast is too full of milk, it is difficult for the baby to take hold of the nipple correctly. By expressing the excess milk you
make the breast soft, which means that you help your baby get a correct hold of the nipple.
•
Lack of breast milk - an insufficient amount of milk means the baby quickly becomes upset and discouraged at sucking the breast. By using the
BabyOno
electric breast pump between typical feedings you will stimulate the breast to produce more milk.
•
Shape of the nipple - especially in the first stage of breastfeeding many women complain about the shape of their nipples being insufficiently bulging -
this means that the baby has problems achieving the correct hold. Regular use of the breast pump may help you to faster adjust your breasts to feeding.
•
Sore nipples - before you and your baby become skilled at natural feeding, the nipples may become sore from the baby's gums, due to incorrect
sucking. By using the breast pump you will give the nipples time to recover and you will soon put your baby again to your breast. Because of the
BabyOno electric breast pump you may go out or return to work, and this will not mean the necessity to stop breastfeeding your baby. Expressed milk,
stored in the right way while following all principles of hygiene, may be given to the baby by his father or other family member. Giving of milk by the
father reinforces the bond between him and the baby.
Storage of expressed milk
The best way to feed the baby is to take her directly to the breast. If there are reasons that make breastfeeding impossible, you can give the baby expressed
milk by spoon, in a bottle with a teat or with a dropper.
ATTENTION:
remember to correctly store expressed milk. Incorrectly stored breast milk loses its
nutritious values and may even harm the baby.
•
At room temperature expressed milk can be stored for 10-12 hours.
•
In the fridge 48 hours.
•
In the fridge freezer, at temperature -10
°

slowly warming up the bottle in the dish with warm water.

•
defrosted milk should be given to the baby within 9 hours,

never warm up or refreeze milk that has not been drunk,
•
do not mix fresh and frozen milk,

IMPORTANT
1.
If you are using 1.5V batteries and the diode does not shine or the suction is poor, this means that there are problems with the battery supply. You should
replace the batteries.
2.
When expressing milk you should always hold the breast pump vertically. If the breast pump leans to the side, milk will get into the motor and battery
compartment, which may cause damage to the product. If milk gets into the motor and the battery compartment, the device should be immediately turned
off, and the pump and the battery compartment should be removed . Turn on the pump and let the motor pump air for 2-3 minutes. Turn off the motor. Gently
shake the motor and battery compartment to get rid of remaining milk. Then wipe off remaining milk in the battery compartment with a clean cloth.
3.
DO NOT immerse the suction unit, the motor or the batteries into water and DO NOT wash them with water.
