1. Check the main valve that may be
closed.
2. Main valve or appliance valve can be
damaged, call service.

Appliance valve is open, gas is running,
but burner does not operate.
1. Check the pilot burner position.
2. In case of thermocouple failure,
call service

Ignition is OK, valve is in pilot position,
the flame goes out. 1. The flame control system does not
work. Call service.
