Selects bold or double-strike character print. This command cancels bold character
printing if n = 0 and enables bold character printing if n = 1. This command overwrites
any previous bold selections made by the Set Print Mode (1B 21

Note: This command is not supported by the Axiohm A714 printer and is ignored.
Extended command. Selects print contrast level. Adjusts the head energy for optimal
print on different media. If n = 0, the head energy will be at its minimal setting, which
provides maximum head life. The head energy increases as n is increased until n = 9,
which is the maximum energy for the darkest possible print.
