Application Alarm Traps
Application alarms reflect a problem which is typically software-based (e.g. Audio
encoder is not running) or which results from the external environment (RF
Synchronisation if no antenna is connected or wrong frequency is selected).
To make it easier for the service technician in the NMS to interpret the different
alarms we recommend to use only categories (see PAGE 30, SNMP Parameters)
which you can assign separately for each available system alarm.
