For a standard configuration only a few settings are mandatory:

Setup of Operation mode (see CHAPTER 3.1.1)

Break-In

 scenarios (see CHAPTER 3.1.2)

Setup of the 

Audio Input

 for live Audio announcements (see CHAPTER 3.1.3) 

All other settings of the system are optional and depend on the local environment. 
Press the

 button in the left corner to display the configuration menu.
