AV-HL-FL-PV Only:
3. Install the Solar Assembly for each LED Floodlight Unit. See the figure below.

Setup another two concrete pads next to each LED Floodlight Unit, making sure that
the Solar Power Unit is in close proximity to the LED Floodlight Unit/within cable length.
The concrete pads should have a dimension of approximately 40cm x 40cm with
sufficient depth depending on soil conditions. Use the Solar Power Unit and Mount
Base as a placing template.
Note:
As an alternative it is possible to use rubber tiles
instead of concrete pads.

Embed 8 bolts. Use the Mount Base as a placing template.
•
Make sure the concrete pads are dry and hard before fixing the Mount Bases using
washers and screw nuts. Make sure the Mount Bases are levelled.

Make sure the Solar Power Unit is just below 25cm high and levelled
•
If required, tighten the hex sockets at the Frangible Sleeve
4. Connect the LED Floodlight Unit to the Solar Assembly using the Avlite supplied 2m
long cable.

Cable glands not shown for clarity.
