Programming Alarm System Features

All programmable alarm features are accomplished by turning the ignition
key on (or starting the vehicle) and flicking the valet switch on and off a
pre-set number of times.

1. Remove the alarm from valet. Programming cannot be accessed while

the alarm is in the valet mode indicated by the LED on solid red.

2. Select the feature you wish to program from the "Programming Table

for Alarm Features." Note the number of chirps.

3. Turn the ignition key to the "ON" position.
4. Within 10 seconds, begin flicking the valet switch on and off. The siren

will chirp one time each time you flick the switch on then off.

5. Continue flicking the switch on and off until you reach the number of

chirps associated with your chosen feature.

NOTE: Stop on the chirp.

6. After a 3 second pause, you will hear 1 or 2 chirps noted to confirm

that you have changed the setting of that feature.

7. Turn the ignition key off.
8. Repeat steps 1-7 for any other feature you wish to program.
