In the Basic Settings tab, enable the authentication function by checking the 

Enable Authentication

 box , enter the server’s URL in the 

LDAP Server IP 

or URL

 field, type in your server port in the 

Port#

 field, and turn on default 

Copy, Email, or Filing functions by checking 

Copy, Email, or Filing

 boxes. If 

you wish to allow users only to use the shortcut icons shown on the Shortcut 
screen, choose the 

ShortCut Only

 button. Finally click 

Update

 to save your
