Product status
:
Displays products’ names and status icons, state and details.

Product version
:
Displays products’ names and version numbers.

Error messages
:
Displays errors issued by Avira products on a computer (with details of product
name, error status and message).

Events
:
Displays the events reported by Avira products on the computer.
z
Tasks
:
Displays the scheduled tasks that Avira products are set to perform on
computers.
z
Pending operations
:
Displays the scheduled tasks for offline computers and for pull Agents, which
will be performed when the clients are back online (available) or when the
Agents synchronize.
Events
Further details of the reported events. The events list can be filtered, so that
specific lists of events can be viewed (for example by
Level
or by
Product
).
Reports
Information on report templates and the issued reports.
Configurations
This node will not show information in the Details panel. A click on the
Configurations node will open the
Configuration
window with settings for SMC
components (General, Server, Event). See
Configuring Avira SMC
– Page 41.
User
Management
More information on users:

to the SMC Frontend.
Avira Internet
Update
Manager
Under each update server, you can see the update status of all software packages
(
Released products
node), including SMC components, as well as the update
Scheduler
and settings. When running in test mode (see
Configuring the Avira
Internet Update Manager
– Page 47), the Internet Update Manager also shows the
Test products
node.
