Preservation:
Preservation conditions allow protecting wines which are already in maturity and maintaining their qualities
over time.
Ageing :
The climatic enclosure is designed to guarantee over time conditions which are as close as possible to
those specific to underground wine cellars favouring the optimum blossoming of prestigious crus
Serving temperature:
The wine cellar permanently maintains bottles at the right serving temperature (tasting temperature T° :
Prestigious red cru : 18 to 19°C, Light red : 14 to 16°C, etc.).
White, rosés and vintage champagnes : 10 to 12°C ; Liquoreux white : 8 to 10°C)
Winter System :
Heating system, which allows positioning your wine cellar in an unheated area (but not freezing)

Made of solid wood (water repellent tropical wood) ; they are designed to ensure an optimised, ergonomic

Collector® wine bottle shelf:

secure storage of bottles. They are reversible (Front side : Bordeaux - Back side : Burgundy, Loire Valley,

Thermal shock :
A thermal shock is a brutal temperature perturbation of about 20°C and more in less than 2 hours. More, it
is the repetition of this temperature variation that can damage your wines.
