Loosen the four captive screws that secure the smaller heatsink, then carefully remove the smaller heatsink and set it aside (avoid
touching any thermal grease on the bottom).

Using a magnetic tip #2 Phillips screwdriver, remove the four screws from the inner RAM retention block and remove the block.
Be very careful not to drop screws into the chassis (magnetic tip screwdriver highly recommended).

Release both latches (two per module) and lift out the RAM module.

If there is any hot glue on the latches, just peel it off (you do not need to re-apply any glue). If the glue won’t peel off, apply a very small
amount of Isopropyl alcohol, let it dry, then peel the glue off.
