Use three new cable ties to route the two cable bundles up and out of the way of the RAM slots 

and

 away from heatsink. The bundle 

should also sit below the center divider. Loop cabling if needed.

After securing the cables with cable ties check that the two inner RAM cards are centered in the RAM sockets. Gently try to move 
the two inner RAM cards side-to-side to recenter them in their sockets.
