2.2 Familiarizing the Functions in Preview Mode

(1) Logout

Login:

Using different user account to login the DVR system. The

User ID

display the account is using now.

Reboot:

To restart the DVR system.

(2) Status

Display recording date and time

(3) Hard disk capacity

Display the hard disk usage of capacity in percentage.

(4) Record

Start/stop video recording.

Recording schedule must be setup in order to record. Please refer to

Chapter 3.4.2

to setup

recoding schedule.

(5) Split screen mode

Select from 2 different split screen types to view all the camera or one camera

on a single screen.

Click on channel can switch to full screen mode of the channel. Click again will switch back to
previous screen mode.

(6) Setup menu

To call out system setup menu

(7) Playback

Switch to Playback mode. This allows you to view the recorded video file. (see
