7.7 - remOving
the cranK caSe
&
Before removing a crank case make sure
all columns are fully retracted and that the
wheels are locked.
in addition the stand must not be loaded.
Loosen (do not remove) the three screws
“Y” (fig. 23) on the side of the case and
remove the crank case from its support
(fig. 24).
7.8 - fitting
the cranK caSe
&
make sure all columns are retracted and the
stand is not loaded.
- Loosen the three screws “Y” (fig. 23)
on the side of the crank case. place the
case on the “dovetail” support (fig. 26),
widening it a little as shown in (fig. 25)
and swing it in “from x1 to x2” (fig. 26).
whilst doing so ensure the gear teeth “x3”
(fig. 26) fit into the holes in the column
(fig. 27).
- when the crank case is correctly seated
the three screws “Y” (fig. 28) must be
tightened.
check that the crank case functions
correctly without a load. the column must
move without any resistance and without
any great application of force. if this is not
possible remove the crank case and re-fit.

prima di iniziare la sostituzione della scatola
verificare che:
- lo stativo sia senza carico.
- la base sia ben aperta.
- tutte le colonne siano abbassate e
bloccate (fig. 22).
allentare solo parzialmente le tre viti
“Y” (fig. 23) e cercare a questo punto di
separare le due semiscatole e di farle uscire
dall’incastro a coda di rondine (fig. 24).

verificare che lo stativo sia senza carico
e che tutte le colonne siano abbassate e
bloccate.
- allentare le tre viti “Y” (fig. 23) della scatola
poi tenendola allargata (fig. 25) cercare di
agganciare la parte destra sull’incastro a
rondine (fig. 26 punto “x1”) fatto questo
si fa ruotare la scatola in modo tale da
agganciarne anche la sinistra (fig. 26
punto “x2”) facendo però attenzione che
l’ingranaggio (fig. 26 punto “x3”) entri
correttamente nei fori del tubo.
- L’aggancio sarà completato solo quando le
due scatole combaceranno perfettamente.
a questo punto si dovrà procedere alla
chiusura delle tre viti “Y” (fig. 28).
verificare il corretto funzionamento
della scatola con lo stativo scaricato. il
movimento dovrà essere regolare e continuo
e l’operazione dovrà essere eseguita senza
sforzo.
