5.0 CONFIGURING THE NORSTAR TO INTEGRATE

Please refer to the PBXLink DMI-4 User Guide Chapter 5 for
detailed programming of the Nortel Norstar.

Make sure that the extensions for the voicemail stations include the
station number.

Create the hunt group by setting the stations up to forward from
one station to the next.
DO NOT
include the MWI port as part of
this hunt group.

Ensure the PrimeLine for each voicemail station is the intercom
and only one intercom line is assigned to each station.

If the Auto Attendant is to answer incoming calls, only assign
these trunks to one station. If Auto Attendant is not used DO NOT
assign any of the trunks to the voicemail stations.
