128 Installing and Configuring the IG550 Integrated Gateway
1. Disconnect the existing grounding cable from earth ground and from the grounding screw
on the back of the Juniper Services Router chassis.
2. Attach the 10-AWG cable to earth ground. Then, use the screw to attach the lug on the
cable to the chassis grounding point (

Reconnecting AC power
1. Insert the appliance coupler end of a power cord into the appliance inlet on the power
supply faceplate (
2. For a J6350 only, repeat step 1 for the second power supply.
3. Insert the plug of each cord into an AC power source receptacle.
4. Verify that the power cord does not block access to router components or hang where
people might trip on the cord.
