2.0 OCTEL 100 ORDERING INFORMATION
There are many options available for this product, depending on the
application. Please consult with your sales representative.
Voice Boards supported:
Rhetorex 432
Dialogic D/41D, D/41ESC, D/160ESC-LS.
Required VoiceBridge: H-VTG-2340 (version 3.2)
3.0 DEFINITY GENERIC 3 HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS

One digital port (TN 754B) configured for a 7434 digital display
set
Note: See Section 7.12
•
One analog port (TN 742 8 circuits or TN 746B 16 circuits)
configured as a 2500 set for each Octel 100 port
3.1 DEFINITY GENERIC 3 SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS
•
Version 2 to Version 5 (for Version 5 See section 7.14)

Basic Vectoring Software Package
•
G3s/vs: Voicemail Application Software (see Section 7.10)
3.2 ADDITIONAL MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS
• If using the D/41D, the D/41ESC, or the Rhetorex 432 you will need:
– One RJ-14 jack with 4-conductor line cord for every two Octel 100
ports
• If using the D/160ESC-LS board, you will need:
– One SA/240 station adapter with the 37 pin to 50 pin IDC cable.
Note : The adapter and cable are provided with the board.
– One RJ-11 jack with 2-conductor line cord for each Octel 100 port.

Two analog lines for remote service access.
– One for access Octel 100
– One for access to VoiceBridge
•
Two RJ-11 Jacks for above and 2-conductor modular telephone
cords.
• If FaxMail is installed.
– One analog line per FAX port.
– One RJ-11 Jack for every Brooktrout TR-112 fax port
OR one RJ-14 Jack for every two Brooktrout TR-114 fax ports,
along with 4-conductor modular telephone cords.
