Edit Recurring Job Schedule
Occurs :
• Daily : Enter the amount of days (between 1 and 366) that you want the backup to run, i.e. for a
backup to occur every other day enter the number 2.
• Weekly : Enter the number of weeks (between 1 and 52) that you want the backup to occur i.e.
for a backup to occur once every three weeks enter the number 3. You also need to select the
day of the week for the backup to occur.
• Monthly : Enter number of the day (between 1 and 31) and then the month number (between 1
and 99) that you want the backup to run. For example if you wanted a backup taken on the 15th
of every other month you would enter the day number as 15 and the month number as 2. OR You
can select the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or last day (Mon-sun) of a month (1-99), i.e. to backup every
month on the first Friday you would select the 1st option, the day as Friday and the month
number as 1.
Weekly :
Select the weekly frequency and the day of the week that you want the backup to run.
Daily Frequency :
•
Occurs at : Enter the time for the backup to start.
• Occurs every : Choose the hour (between 1-24) and then enter the start and end times.
Duration :
•
Start Date : Enter the date for the first backup to happen.
• Finish : Enter the date for the last backup or if you do not want to specify a finish date choose the
option No end Date .
