Fuel requirements
Fuel: Ultra low sulfur diesel fuel only (sulfur content less than 15 ppm / 0,0015%).
Use only fuel that complies with any of the following:
-
EN 590, DlN 51628 - Military NATO fuel F-54 (S = 10 ppm)
-
No 1 Diesel - ASTM D 975-09 B-Grade 1-D S 15
-
No 2 Diesel - ASTM D 975-09 B-Grade 2-D S 15
-
ARCTIC (EN 590/ASTM D 975-09 B) for ambient temperatures below -10°C (14°F).
Biodiesel with max 10% bio content that complies with the standards above can be used.
Never add petroleum or any additive that does not comply with the above listed standards.
Engine oil requirements
Use only engine oil recommended by the engine manufacturer. The Kohler diesel engine with common rail high pressure
fuel injection requires high quality engine oil in order to work properly. See also Kohler Operators Manual.
Tyres
The loader can be equipped with different type of tyres for different operating conditions. Grass pattern (GR) tyres will
damage the ground surface less than tractor (TR) tyres, but provide less traction.
For the best stability and controllability, always use the largest tyres possible. Tyres that are narrower than the standard
tyres are intended for special purposes only with width restriction on the machine. Use only tyres and rims that meet
the original specifications and dimensions to avoid potential issues with load capacity, tyre size, or bearing load on
drive motors. Consult your dealer if further information is needed. Special tyres, such as studded wheels may also be
available. Consult your dealer for further information.
Emission control information
Avant 755 and 760i with Kohler KDI engine meets the most
stringent European 97/68/EC Stage 3B and US EPA and CARB
Tier 4 Final emissions standards for compression ignited engines
in 37-56 kW power category. Periodic maintenance must be
performed according to engine manufacturer’s specifications
in order to maintain emissions compliance. Emissions related
systems and required maintenance are shown in the owner’s
manual of the engine. It is the responsibility of the owner of the
loader to maintain it in good condition and to operate it with
correct type of fuel and other fuids.
Auxiliary hydraulics oil flow
Max. auxiliary hydraulics oil flow can not be used with all
attachments. Check correct engine rpm and auxiliary hydraulics
pump configuration for the attachment with the help of this
graph and the Operators Manual of the attachment.
