outlet.

pipeline
• Heater inlet and outlet
pipes have kinks

• Hot tap is not
connected
• Hot tap failed or
blocked
• Heater non-return valve
jammed
• Refer to installation
instructions
• Disconnect pipes and
inspect
• Check and re-route if
necessary. Ensure that
hose is of
recommended type.
• Refer to installation

• Disconnect and inspect
• Seek service attention
Reduced flow from
both hot and cold taps
• Cold water pipe
contains kinks, hindering
flow
• Blockage in cold pipe
line
• Cold tap not connected
• Cold tap failed or
blocked
• If a Carver Crystal unit
is fitted, the cartridge
may be exhausted
• Check and re-route if
necessary
• Disconnect pipes after
first 'Y' connector and
check up to tap
