7.1.4 Image Data Format – Monochrome
The packed monochrome data format sends only a one bit value per pixel
but packs the data so all eight bits are used. Table 7-4 shows the data
format in this mode.

Monochrome Packed Message Format
The header for the row is sent first, followed by each column sent as two
bytes. The 64-bit value from four columns updates the authentication word
in the same manner as for normal data. After all data for the selected
number of rows is sent, the authentication word and register data are sent
as in normal mode.
