User Guide
The picture below shows the navigator of the SB and all the possible functions attached
to each of its five keys.
1. Communication with Tenants.
1.1. From the SB to the Tenants:
The SB can initiate the call to a flat using two different ways: Introducing a call
code or navigating through the
Queue
. If it is a video installation, the tenant will get
image of the auxiliary camera of the SB (if it is enabled) in his Monitor. The ringtone
from the SB is different (monotone).
Entering a Call Code:
Simply enter a numeric code and then press
OK
. This operation can be performed
either with the handset picked up or hanged up. Valid codes: 1 to 254 for internal
panel and 1 to 6399 for external panel.
If the key
(Exit) is pressed at any moment, the entry of numeric codes will be
cancelled.
Navigating through the queue:
From the stand by mode, if the key
is pressed the system grants access directly to
the
Queue
database. Another way to proceed would be by pressing any of the
central keys of the navigator (
,
OK
,
) to enter the main menu, and then select
the “Queue” option pressing
OK
.
Once we are in the
Queue
database, the vertical arrows
,
can be used to
navigate looking for the suitable register. When found, pressing
OK
will perform
the call.
If the
Queue
is empty, a message will appear on the screen (
Empty Queue
). Check
in the section 3.2 for further information.
The key
(Exit) can be pressed at any moment to cancel the navigation.
