Cleaning leftover TeamStream files on your computer
When there are some old versions of TeamStream files left in the laptop, it may influence the performance of
the newer TeamStream program. Currently, it needs to be manually cleared, prior to using the newly updated
TeamStream firmware.
Steps:
1.
Find the place where the old TeamStream programs are stored. Normally, these files are stored in the
C:\Users\***(username)\AppData\Local\TeamStream.
2.
If the “*.service” or “*.serviceC3” can’t be removed, an alert notification will appear. Please use the
combined hot keys
Ctrl+Alt+Delete
to proceed.
3.
Right-click on “*.service”, “*.serviceC3”, or “TeamStreamAutoServiceC3.exe” and click
End Process Tree
.
4.
Click
End process tree
on the message box to continue clearing the program.
5.
Check the task manager again to be sure there are no TeamStream programs still running. Also check to
be sure there are no more TeamStream references in C:\Users\***(userame)\AppData\Local\TeamStream.
The upgrade is now complete. Please feel free to enjoy the new firmware version and features!
