Troubleshooting audio
The TeamStream key fob will keep capturing and sending the audio of the device you are streaming from, as
long as the display is mirrored.
1. Ensure that the laptop is being shared on screen.
2. Check the Settings
configuration,
to adjust the volume set in TeamStream settings tab.
PC / laptop sound
By default, TeamStream will mute the internal speaker of the PC or laptop and route the audio to the base unit,
after the PC or laptop is successfully mirroring its desktop to the main screen, in order to avoid repeated audio.
When clicking the icon of UI to stop sharing, it’ll turn on the internal speaker of PC or laptop.
You ccan adjust the volume on the PC or laptop.
Attention: If you want to keep the internal speaker of the PC or laptop while routing the audio to the base
unit, please click the audio mute icon in the status bar to turn on the internal speaker.
