Damage caused by inappropriate maintenance or cleaning!

Servicing, maintenance and cleaning interventions must be carried out exclus-
ively by suitably qualified personnel having been authorised by the end user or
the contractor of the plant. We recommend contacting our service for any inter-
ventions.

Only perform servicing, maintenance and cleaning tasks when the device is
switched off.

Do not use chemical cleaning agents.
→
Do not use wet cloth.

Lithium battery
Monitoring the battery
voltage
SIMA² monitors the battery voltage at cyclic intervals, thus detecting any potentially
weak buffer capacity at an early stage.
Interval of replacement
SIMA² batteries must be replaced at the earliest once every four years. This time
interval depends on the frequency of use. When used more often, the lifetime might
be significantly higher.
Battery data
The lithium battery of SIMA² is located in a separate compartment and protected by
a cover.
