7. Carefully remove the quartz glass (11) from the UV-C cap (7).
8. Inspect the quartz glass (11) for any cracks or damage, if necessary,
replace the quartz glass (11).
9. Inspect the red seal (10) of the quartz glass, clean and replace the red
seal (10) if there are any signs of damage.
10. If the UV-C lamp (9) needs to be replaced, remove it from the globe
fitting and replace with a new lamp.
Use the appropriate type of UV-C lamp, as indicated on the lamp or lamp
label. The wrong UV-C lamp will break and may cause damage
to other components of the pressure filter. Hold the new UV-C lamp with
a clean cloth.
11. Put the quarts glass (11) back by pushing it in to the UV-C cap (7).
12. Tighten the coupling nut (12) of the quartz glass (11) thoroughly.
13. Inspect the white seal (8) of the UV-C cap (7), clean and replace the
white seal (8) if there are any signs of damage.
14. Position the UV-C cap (2+7) straight up on the lid (13) and secure in
place with 2 hands.
15. Mount the 4 screws from the UV-C cap (2+7).
16. Put the pump into operation by plugging it into the power outlet. Follow
the pump instructions carefully.
17. If no leaking is found, you can also put the UV-C lamp of the pressure
filter into operation by plugging it into the power outlet.
