Incoming calls
Picking up a Call
If the telephone number of the caller has been entered in the telephone book on
your telephone, as soon as the telephone detects the telephone number, the
telephone number along with the associated name is shown on the display.
The prerequisite for displaying the telephone number is that the caller has not
suppressed the display of his telephone number or that he has approved trans-
mission of the telephone number.

Pick up the call:

Using the receiver: Pick up the receiver.

Hands-free calling: Press the loudspeaker key.

Headset connected: Press the hook key.
During a Call
Adjusting the Receiver Volume
During a call, you can adjust the volume to eight levels. This setting depends on
the current type of call. This makes it possible to adjust the volume for receiver,
hands-free and headset operation separately.

Change the volume:

Press the plus key to increase the volume.
쐽
Press the minus key to decrease the volume.
The set volume is shown on the display.
Muting the Microphone
If you would like to ask someone in the room a question without the person on
the telephone hearing it, you can turn off the microphone temporarily.
