Basic Settings
Setting the Language
The telephone supports eight display languages. The following describes how
to set your country language and country.
1.
Press the Menu key.
2.
Use the arrow keys to scroll to the SET LANGUAGE menu.
3.
Press the OK key.
The currently set language is displayed.
4.
Use the arrow keys to scroll to the language you want.
5.
Press the OK key.
Note: If you would like to change the language again, repeat steps 3 to 5.
Entering the Exchange Line Access Number
The exchange line access number is required to request an external line.
Note: After you dial the exchange line access number, the external dial
tone indicates that an external line is free. The external telephone number
can then be dialled.
1.
Press the Menu key.
2.
Use the arrow keys to scroll to the ACCESS NUMBER menu.
3.
Use the keypad to enter the exchange line access number set in the PBX.
4.
Press the OK key.
Setting the Ringtone
There are five different ringtones to choose from.
1.
Press the Menu key.
2.
Use the arrow keys to scroll to the SET RINGTONE menu.
3.
Press the OK key.
4.
Use the arrow keys to scroll to the RINGTONE menu.
5.
Press the OK key.
The currently set ringtone is shown and played.
