Problems & solutions
In this section you will find possible first solutions to solve eventual problems that can occur during the
normal use of the heat-sealer.
In spite of the following indications you will not solve the failure, we suggest to contact the dealer or
Audion Elektro.
7.1
Electric circuit
- The heat-sealer does not work and the main luminous switch (n°2 pict. a) is off.
a) The line fuses (n°4 pict. a) are burnt: replace with other ones of the same type and class (chapter 4.4).
b) The power cord (n° 3 pict. a) is not connected or interrupted: connect it again or replace it.
c) The protection thermofuse (n°6 pict. k ) has interrupted the power supply. In this case stop the
machine and see the chapter 4.3.
- The heat-sealer does not work and the main luminous switch (n°2 pict. a) is on.
a) Check the terminal boards connections on the general electronic board (n°4 pict. o).
b) Check the fuse F2 (see electric diagram) of the transformer.
In spite of the fuses replacement, they burn again, please get in touch with Audion Elektro
because there could be a short circuit in the on board machine electrical plant.
7.2
Sealing
- The seal has some defects along side the edges:
a) Verify the current set temperature is suitable to the particular bag.
b) Wait for the temperature stabilization of the sealing jaws above all has done a new temperature
setting.
c) Follow the chapter 4.2 indications.
- The seal, even if done at the correct temperature, is not strong:
a) Follow the indications of the chapter 4.2.
b) The load force disk (n° 7 pict. o) is not correctly adjusted. Please get in touch with Audion Elektro.
- The sealing jaws temperature does not increase:
a) Verify that the green led on the command board is on (L1 electrical diagram):
- L1 light on :
one or both heating elements are interrupted (chapter 4.5).
- L1 light off :
electronic board failure: get in touch with Audion Elektro.
b) Look out eventual alarm warning on the thermo regulator display.
