Phone Book
The phone book can be used to store a maximum of 30 phone numbers together with
the associated names. A name can have a maximum of 8 letters. The maximum
length of a phone number is 20 digits.

Entering phone numbers in the phone book
1. Press the
B
button.
2. Press the
B
and
E
buttons to select the
PHONE BK
menu.
3. Confirm by pressing the
F
button.
4. Press the
B
and
E
buttons to select the
ADD
menu.
5. Confirm by pressing the
F
button.
6. Enter the name using the digit keys.
Note:
For information on entering names, refer to 6.1.2.
7. Confirm the name by pressing the
F
button.
Note:
If the name is already stored in the phone book,
DUPLICTE
appears in the display and another name
must be entered.
8. Enter the relevant phone number using the digit keys.
9. Confirm by pressing the
F
button again.
10. To store more phone numbers, repeat steps 5 to 10.
11. Press the
C
button to exit from the menu.

Notes on the phone book
S
Always enter the area access code with the phone numbers so that the
telephone can also assign incoming local calls to a phone book entry.
S
If the memory capacity of 30 phone numbers is reached, a corresponding
message appears when an attempt is made to store another number.
Phone book entries will then have to be deleted in order create space.
6.1.2
Entering a name
The digit keys are also labelled with letters for the entry of the respective letters.
Pressing the respective key the necessary number of times enables capital letters
and digits to be entered.
Example:
To enter the name ”Peter”.
Press: 1 x button

To enter a space, press

once.

To enter the same letter twice, press the relevant button until the letter
appears then wait till the cursor automatically skips one position forward.

Delete any incorrect entries with the
