the Sel button to advance to the next numeric position and repeat. When the desired code is displayed,
press Sel one more time. A star will appear to the right of the code and the cursor will move to the first
number. In the event you wish to change the code, proceed to do so. If you like this code, simply let the
keypad time out.
If you forget the code, it can be set to the default 0000 from the setup menu. Press and hold the MODE
button for 5 seconds until CODE _ _ _ _ is displayed. Using the number Up button, enter 0. If you passed
0, you can use the Dn button to go back. When 0 is displayed in the first position, press the Sel button to
advance the cursor to the next position. Again, use the Up to enter the next 0 and so on until four 0’s are
displayed. Then press the Sel button. The display will show LOCK = 0000, indicating the code was
changed to this default value. If the keypad was locked when you reset the code, you still have to enter it
to get into the keypad lock menu to unlock the keypad. Changing the code to 0000 from the setup menu
does not unlock the keypad. When a keypad is locked, the lock status is not stored in nonvolatile memory.
Cycling the Suite 8/16 power switch will clear a keypad lock.
