Start-Up:
Use the enclosed 230V power supply unit to power the
transmitting antenna from a 230V outlet. The standby state is
signalled by a red LED at the transmitting unit. It should always
be possible to switch the power supply of the socket ON and OFF
by means of a switch. The system must only be operated with the
doors closed.
Please note that the transmitter antenna is not waterproof and
therefore not suitable for outdoor installation.
Legal terms:
Before installing or operating the system, you should familiarize
yourself with the applicable national regulations for the use of
GPS repeaters.
In Germany, the use of GNSS repeaters requires a frequency
allocation by the Federal Network Agency. Information about the
registration process can be found in the appendix.
For damages in this regard, only the user of the system is liable.
The GNSS repeater system takes several minutes
to transmit at the specified power.
If after several minutes the signal strength is still
insufficient, please check the outdoor antenna
installation and whether it has a clear view of the
sky. Also check whether the transmitter antenna is
properly aligned with your test object in the room
and whether the cable connections fit tightly. The
transmitter antenna must not be in direct visual
contact with the outside antenna due to possible
interference!
