Medical electrical equipment is subject to special precautions with regard to EMC and
must be installed acc. to following EMC notes.
Portable and mobile HF communication facilities can influence medical electrical equip-
ment.
The use of other accessories, other converters and cables than stated may lead to an
increased emission or a reduced interference immunity of the equipment or system.

ment specified below. The customer or user of the audiometer should ensure that it is
used in such an environment.

The audiometer uses RF energy only for its internal
function. Therefore, its HF emissions are very low
and it is unlikely that nearby electronic devices will
be affected.

connected to the public low-voltage power supply
