Operation at this output level is not recommended!!!
When burning this type of fuel, hard ash with small soft agglomerates forms (system has to be well ad-
justed).
The interval of ash removal without the automatic removal system – once every 1 to 3 days.
Boiler cleaning interval – once every 3 to 10 days.
Chimney and flue-gas duct inspection interval or (if necessary) interval of chimney and flue-gas duct
cleaning – four to ten times a year.

When burning this type of fuel, hard ash with small hard agglomerates forms.
The interval of ash removal without the automatic removal system – once every 3 to 10 days.
Boiler cleaning interval – once every 14 to 30 days.
Chimney and flue-gas duct inspection interval or (if necessary) interval of chimney and flue-gas duct
cleaning – once to twice a year.
In case that the appliance does not function optimally, follow these steps:
1. Check the pellets quality – heating capacity, colour = clinkering capacity (white pellets do not
clinker) – clean the burner nozzle. If necessary, replace the pellets by different ones.
2. Check the flue-gas temperature which should be within the range of
(160-240˚C).
If the tempera-
ture is too high, reduce the burner output
(FEEDR RUN)
and adjust the amount of combustion air
(AIR RUN)
; if necessary, clean the boiler. If the temperature is too low
(below 130°C)
, increase
the burner output and amount of combustion air.
3. If the amount of pellets in the rotation combustion chamber is too high (the burner does not com-
bust well – smoke is produced), increase the amount of combustion air
(AIR RUN)
or reduce the
amount of supplied pellets (reduce the output -
FEEDR RUN
).
