Start request function
Upon a start command (either local or remote) the automatic operation contact will close. This
signal will be used by the customer to start a generator.
A feedback signal from the generator (closed = ready) is connected to an additional digital input
on the Elektronikon module (programmed as permissive start function).
When this input is OK within 60 seconds, the unit will start.
Motor current
The motor current can be read-out on the Elektronikon display and is continuously monitored.
Motor anti-condensation heaters
Electric heaters are installed in the motor windings and connected to the control panel. An
indicator lamp indicates that the heaters are "on/off". When the compressor is stopped, the
heaters are automatically switched on. The heaters in the motor will prevent condensation during
stand-still. The heater includes the anti-condensation power supply and its control.
Pipe connections
• DIN connections for flanges
• ISO for threaded pipes or pipe couplings
Modulating control
The modulating control system is designed to maintain a narrow net pressure band by throttling
the air inlet, thus reducing the air flow (50 % - 100 %).
Galvanic barrier for motor current readout
A galvanic barrier for motor current readout is mounted inside the control panel and wired to
terminals. This 4-20 mA signal can be wired to an external indicator.
